Possible Chelsea Lineup vs Leicester City- Attacking 4-2-3-1

                                                             Formation: 4-2-3-1

Chelsea face a tough away game at Premier League champions Leicester City in the EFL Cup’s third round on Tuesda
Conte’s men will be looking to bounce back from the disappointing home defeat to Liverpool last Friday, but will have to be concentrated against the Foxes if they want to qualify for the fourth round.

Chelsea aren’t in Europe this season, so Conte will surely take this tournament seriously, but will also have to give some of the fringe players a chance to impress.

    Goalkeeper: Asmir Begovic
The Bosnian will probably get a chance to show what he’s capable of against Leicester and will be eager to make sure his team qualifies for the next stage as he’s second choice in the Premier League.

    Left-back: Marcos Alonso
Alonso is likely to make his Chelsea debut on Tuesday and will be looking to impress his new manager. The Spaniard is yet to play a single minute since his move from Fiorentina.

Central defenders: David Luiz and Gary Cahill
Conte will probably decide to stick with the centre-back duo against Leicester, especially considering the injuries to Terry and Zouma. Luiz needs to play as many games as possible in order to get used to Conte’s requirements.

    Right-back: Ola Aina
The 19-year-old defender made his debut for Conte’s team in the 3-2 victory over Bristol Rovers in the EFL Cup’s previous round and is likely to keep his place against Leicester.

Central midfielders: Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic
Fabregas doesn’t seem to be an essential part of Conte’s plans in the Premier League, but he’ll probably get his chance against Leicester after starting in Chelsea’s first EFL Cup game against Bristol Rovers. Matic is the most likely candidate to partner the Spaniard in midfield.

    Left winger: Pedro Rodriguez
Pedro has been a fringe player at Chelsea since his move from Barcelona and things haven’t changed much under Conte. However, the Spaniard is likely to start against Leicester and would surely be motivated to impress the manager.

    Attacking midfielder: Ruben Loftus-Cheek
The 20-year-old’s primary position is in midfield, but he’s likely to start behind the striker on Tuesday.

    Right winger: Victor Moses
The Nigerian winger returned from a relatively unsuccessful loan spell at West Ham last season, but it appears as though he’s part of Conte’s plans and has played in every Chelsea game so far. He started the game against Bristol Rovers and even scored one of the goals.

    Striker: Michy Batshuayi
Batshuayi moved to Chelsea from Marseille this summer, but hasn’t been able to force his way into the Chelsea starting line-up so far due to Conte’s preferred formation with a sole striker.
The Belgium international looks likely to receive a rare chance to start this season, having scored a brace in his first start for Chelsea against Bristol Rovers.
